WAREHOUSE WORKER

Hungarian company is hiring for the following position:
Position: Warehouse Worker
Job Description: Sorting goods according to orders.
Visa: Direct processing.
Quantity: 20 people
Gender: Male
Age: 18-55
Work Location: Budapest City Center
Working Hours: Shift schedules determined by the company
Shifts: 03:00 - 12:00; 03:30 - 12:00; 03:00 - 15:00; 03:30 - 15:30; 06:00 - 18:00; 12:00 - 22:00

Salary Structure (for meeting productivity requirements):

• Less than 180 hours per month: 1500 HUF/hour
• 180 hours or more per month: 1800 HUF/hour
• Over 200 hours per month: 1900 HUF/hour
• After 3 months of work: +150 HUF/hour increase
• After 6 months of work: +300 HUF/hour increase
• Cold storage work: +10% bonus per working hour

Requirements:

• Flexible with day and night shifts.
• Ability to work in cold storage.
• Capable of lifting goods up to 12kg.
• Hardworking, responsible, and disciplined.
• Must leave the EU or return to Vietnam upon contract termination.
• No skin diseases, good health for labor export standards.
• No physical deformities affecting work performance.

Penalties:

• Product picking errors: 1000 HUF per error after the second mistake.
• Overtime breaks: Gradual fines starting from 1023 HUF for exceeding break time.
• Loss of uniform: 30,000 HUF per item.
• Unexcused absence: 20,000 HUF fine.
