FRUIT HARVESTING AND AGRICULTURE WORKERS

Position: Fruit harvesting and agriculture workers

• Job Description: Harvesting fruits, gardening, planting, packaging...
• Visa Process: Direct visa processing.
• Gender: Male and Female
• Age: 18-55
• Workplace: 160 km from Budapest
• Working Hours: As assigned by the manager. Monday to Friday: 10 hours/day. Saturday: 5 hours/day.

Salary: Net salary after tax: 300,000 HUF (approximately 840 USD or 20.7 million VND). If working overtime or performing well, the salary will be higher.

• Overtime: Opportunities available.
• Accommodation: The company provides fully equipped European-standard accommodation. Employees cover their own meals.
• Contract: 2-year labor contract. After 2 years, renewal is possible upon request.

Note:

• Employees must maintain productivity and quality equivalent to Hungarian workers to receive the stated salary. Lower performance may result in lower pay or dismissal.
• Unauthorized leave is not allowed.

Requirements:

• Positive and diligent work attitude.
• Workers must leave the EU or return to Vietnam after contract completion.
• Work experience required. No skin diseases.
• Physically fit for labor export per Vietnamese regulations.
• Responsible work ethic, good labor discipline.
• Physically strong and flexible, ready for overtime if required.
• Friendly, mature personality, suitable for collective living.
• No bone deformities or mobility issues.
• Good learning ability, quick and intelligent.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese language reading and comprehension.
• Basic email usage skills.

Encouraged:

• No smoking, alcohol, or addictive substances.
• Avoid excessive tea or drinks that may stain the accommodation.
• Ability to adapt to European food.
• Minimize strong-smelling Asian spices (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce).
• Good knowledge absorption and cultural adaptability.
• Life experience, mature behavior, and cultural understanding.

Not Welcomed:

• Tattoos or criminal records.
• Hot-tempered, aggressive, or seeking attention.
• Inciting disruptive behavior (e.g., sudden strikes, unreasonable demands).
• Severe financial pressure affecting work ethics.
