EGG COLLECTOR – POULTRY CARE STAFF

A poultry farm is hiring:

• Egg collector.
• Poultry care staff.

Job description: Sorting eggs into trays, caring for poultry. All tasks are performed using an automated system. The working environment may have a poultry odor.

Visa processing: Traditional visa.
Work location: 100 km from Budapest.
Working hours: As assigned by the manager.

Salary: Net income after tax is 1,300 Forint/hour (approx. 3.27 EUR/hour). Monthly salary for working 8 hours/day, 26 days/month (Sundays off) is:
1,300 Forint x 8 hours/day x 26 days = 270,400 Forint (~19 million VND).

Important Notes:

• Workers must meet the same productivity and quality standards as Hungarian workers to receive the mentioned salary. Poor performance may result in lower pay or dismissal.

Requirements:

• Must leave the EU or return to Vietnam after the contract ends.
• No skin or contagious diseases.
• Physically fit for high-intensity work and passionate about the job.
• Meeting the health standards for labor export set by the Vietnamese government.
• Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Good health and endurance, willing to work overtime if required.
• Friendly, sociable, and mature, suitable for collective living.
• No bone deformities, physical difficulties, or mobility issues.
• Quick learner, intelligent, with good comprehension skills.
• Proficient in Vietnamese and able to use email.

Encouraged:

• No smoking, drinking, or substance abuse.
• Not addicted to tea or other beverages that could dirty the living space.
• Adaptable to European food and lifestyle, with limited use of strong-smelling Asian spices.
• Good learning ability and cultural adaptability.
• Life experience, good manners, and understanding of social conduct.

Not Welcomed:

• Tattoos or criminal records.
• Hot-tempered, aggressive, or reckless behavior.
• Influencing others negatively (e.g., unauthorized strikes, excessive demands).
• High financial pressure leading to poor work ethics.
