A Hungarian company is recruiting:
MACHINE OPERATOR
Job Description:
- 4 workers per group: 2 workers load raw materials, and the other 2 remove finished products from the mold.
- The machine only starts when all 4 workers press the button simultaneously.
- Products weigh between 10-40 kg.
Visa Type: Traditional visa.
Quantity: 8 workers.
Work Location: Hungary.
Work Hours: Rotational shifts assigned by management:
- Shift 1: 6:00 – 14:00
- Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00
- Shift 3: 22:00 – 6:00 the next day
Salary Details:
- Monthly gross salary: 275,000 HUF/month.
- Attendance bonus: 38,000 HUF/month if the worker attends all assigned shifts.
- Performance bonus: 1,110 HUF/hour.
- Night shift allowance: 400 HUF/hour.
- Overtime:
- Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 50% extra pay.
- Weekends (Sat-Sun): 100% extra pay.
Typical monthly salary (before tax) based on 21 days, 8 hours/day:
275,000 + 38,000 + (1,110 x 168) = 499,480 HUF (approx. 34 million VND).
Take-home pay (after tax): 332,000 HUF (approx. 22 million VND) without overtime.
