Job description:

  • Assisting in the kitchen with food preparation (peeling fruits, vegetables, cutting, cleaning).
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen hygiene.

Work location: 180 km from Budapest.
Working hours: Assigned by the manager.

Salary:

  • After-tax salary: 1200 HUF/hour (3.1 EUR, approximately 81,343 VND).
  • Estimated monthly salary based on working 22 days per month, 8-12 hours/day:
    (8-12) hours x 22 days x 1200 HUF = 211,200 to 316,800 HUF (approx. 14.3 to 21.5 million VND).

Important Notice:

  • Employees must maintain productivity and quality equivalent to Hungarian workers to receive the above wage.

Requirements:

  • Workers must leave the European Union or return to Vietnam upon contract termination.
  • No skin diseases or contagious illnesses.
  • Good physical health and ability to handle high-intensity work.
  • Meet Vietnamese labor export health standards.
  • Responsible and disciplined work ethic.
  • Physically fit and capable of working overtime when required.
  • Honest, sociable, mature, and adaptable to group living.
  • No bone deformities or mobility issues.
  • Good learning ability and quick comprehension.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and basic email usage.

Encouraged qualities:

  • Non-smoker, non-drinker, no substance abuse.
  • Avoid consuming beverages or foods that could dirty the accommodation.
  • Adaptability to European food.
  • Avoid using strong-smelling Asian spices (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce) to respect fellow workers.
  • Willingness to learn and integrate into European culture.
  • Experience in living abroad and proper behavior in communal settings.

Not welcomed:

  • Tattoos or criminal record.
  • Hot-tempered, aggressive, or overly assertive behavior.
  • Inciting harmful activities for the company (e.g., sudden strikes, excessive demands).
  • Financial pressures affecting work ethics.
