HUNGARY RESIDENCE PERMIT (GREEN CARD)

I have heard that many Vietnamese people have been in Hungary for over 10 years and still cannot obtain a residence permit, with their applications consistently denied.

If I work in Hungary for a full 3 years, will I be eligible to apply for a residence permit (green card)?

For my wife and children, when they come to live and work in Hungary with me, how long will it take for them to apply for a residence permit (green card)?
