How do the advantages and disadvantages compare between the direct visa (no interview) and the traditional visa (requires interview)?

1. DIRECT VISA (No Interview)
Advantages:
a/ The visa application procedure is simple.
b/ Previously, the visa processing time was quick (around 20-40 days), but now it’s slower (from 30-70 days).
c/ If applying for the direct visa scheme with DC Handel Kft., workers will be quickly and flexibly assigned a job once they arrive in Hungary.
d/ If a worker violates discipline or does not meet expectations during the probation period (but makes efforts to correct the mistakes), they can still be immediately assigned to a different workplace by DC Handel Kft. without waiting for a new work permit (because the old work permit can still be used).

Disadvantages:
a/ The worker can only switch companies within the scope of the "guest worker" card type (please refer to DC Handel Kft.'s previous post to understand the concept of "guest worker").
b/ Currently, the visa processing time is slower compared to the traditional visa method.

2. TRADITIONAL VISA (Requires Interview)
Advantages:
a/ The visa processing time is currently fast (from 30-40 days), whereas it was slower in the past (70-150 days).
b/ After working for a period (usually 3 months), workers can apply to switch companies within the same "employed by the employer" card type (please refer to DC Handel Kft.'s previous post to understand the concept of "employed by the employer"), or they can switch to a company with the "guest worker" card type.

Disadvantages:
a/ If the worker does not meet the required performance during the probation period (3 months), it is very difficult to switch companies, usually impossible.
b/ During the company switch, if a new work permit has not been obtained, the worker is not allowed to work (working without a work permit could result in deportation and heavy fines for the company).
c/ The transfer process usually takes 30-60 days, which is a fairly long waiting period.
