Position: Customer Service Specialist
Quantity: 5
Work location: Floor 1 & 6, 34 Hoang Viet, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, HCM City, or 2-4 Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City.

General requirements:

• Good communication skills, fluent speaking, and confidence when interacting with customers and partners, presenting issues logically and clearly.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to identify, analyze, and evaluate situations, and propose suitable solutions.
• Professional attitude.
• Willingness to learn and progress at work.
• Proficient in computer and office software skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Education: College or university degree in economics, business administration, economic law, English language, etc.
• Negotiation skills, hard-working, calm, friendly, and meticulous at work.
• Responsibility, willingness to work overtime or on days off if required by the company.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Age: 22-45 years old.

1. Leadership potential and qualities for future training.
2. Experience in management and team coordination.
3. Good academic results from secondary and high school.
4. Knowledge of Hungarian or fluency in English.
5. Willingness to work overtime as required.

Job Description:

• Plan and introduce company services to corporate clients, centers, and schools.
• Negotiate, discuss, and promote cooperation agreements.
• Develop ideas and plans for the company's promotional campaigns.
• Support direct or online interviews with foreign company leaders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
