PLASTIC FACTORY ASSISTANT

- Job description: workers will be trained, assisting in factory work.

- Visa processing method: conditional direct visa

- Number: 10 people

- Work location: 20-30 km from Budapest

- Working hours: depending on the manager's assignment, 8 hours/day,

*** Employee salary after tax: 1200 Ft/hour (equivalent to about 83,000 VND). Normal salary works 22 days/month, each day from 8-10 hours after tax can receive: (8-10) hours x 22 days x 1200 ft/hour = 212,200ft to 264,000 ft (equivalent to 14.7 million to 18.2 million VND)

* There is an opportunity to work overtime.

* Note: workers must work with the same productivity and quality as Hungarians to receive the above salary. If they work less, the salary will be lower and they may be fired. Workers are not allowed to quit their jobs without permission.

- Workers who work well will have the opportunity to work overtime. Workers with uncompetitive productivity will not have the opportunity to work overtime.

- The company provides accommodation with full European standard amenities. 2-year labor contract. After 2 years, the contract can be extended if the worker requests.

- Have work experience, agile and skillful

- Health meets the requirements for labor export according to the regulations of the State of Vietnam.

- Work responsibly. Good labor discipline. Good health and flexibility, ready to work overtime & overtime when required by superiors. Gentle, sociable, mature, suitable for collective life.

- No bone deformities and difficulty walking or standing.

- Good ability to absorb knowledge. Agile and intelligent. Good ability to listen, read and understand Vietnamese.

- Know how to use email.

Recommendations:
- Do not smoke cigarettes, tobacco, do not drink alcohol and do not use addictive stimulants.

- Do not be addicted to tea (green tea) or drinks that can dirty the living space.

- Easily adapt to European food. Limit the use of Asian food spices with unpleasant odors for native workers living in the same dormitory (dried fish, fish sauce, fish sauce...).

- Ability to learn and absorb knowledge well, easy to integrate into European culture and life.

- Have life experience, know how to accept, know how to behave and understand life.

- Body has tattoos or has a criminal record.
