Position needed:

Fiber optic cable assembly worker (female only)

Job description:
Production of fiber optic cables, which are used for data transmission (internet, television, telephone, etc.).

Form: Traditional visa processing.

Gender: Female
Age: 18-55
Workplace: Comana village, Romania
Working hours: As assigned by the manager,

• Schedule: From 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM (8 working hours + 45-minute break), Monday to Friday.

Net salary (take-home pay):

• 518 Euro/month, equivalent to about 15.2 million VND/month.

• Salary will be higher with overtime or excellent performance.

There are opportunities for overtime and promotion.

The company provides fully equipped European-standard accommodation, and uniforms for workers. Workers are also provided with meal vouchers.
Labor contract valid for 2 years, renewable upon request after 2 years.

Note: Workers must maintain productivity and quality equivalent to Romanian workers to receive the above salary. Poor performance may result in lower pay or dismissal. Unauthorized absence without permission is not allowed.

Requirements:

• Basic English communication

• Positive, diligent work attitude

• Relevant work experience, no skin diseases

• Meet Vietnamese regulations on health for overseas employment

• Responsible, disciplined, good health and endurance, willing to work overtime as required

• Gentle, sociable, mature, suitable for communal living

• No skeletal deformities, difficulty walking or standing. Quick learner, intelligent, good Vietnamese reading comprehension. Able to use email, Google Translate, Google Maps, ChatGPT.

Preferred:

• Does not smoke (cigarettes or pipe), does not drink alcohol, does not use addictive substances

• Not addicted to tea (green tea) or beverages that could dirty accommodations

• Easily adapts to European food. Avoids strong-smelling Asian spices that may disturb local roommates (dried fish, fish sauce, fermented foods…). Maintains a civilized lifestyle.

• Good learning ability, easily integrates into European culture and life.

• Life experience, acceptance, proper behavior, understanding of life.

Not welcomed:

• Body tattoos or criminal record

• Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, overly individualistic or attention-seeking personality

• Inciting others to engage in acts harmful to the company (sudden strikes, harassing management, excessive demands…)

• Under severe financial pressure (needs to earn quickly, a lot, urgently), which negatively affects work attitude and ethics.
