RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR WORKING IN ROMANIA
Announcement No. 12/2025 of DC HANDEL KFT (Romania)
The Romanian company needs to recruit 18 positions, requiring previous work experience:

Bricklayer: 4 persons

Mechanical assembler: 2 persons

Welder: 2 persons

Drywall installer: 6 persons

Mechanical technician (machine mechanic): 2 persons

Concrete floor worker: 2 persons
Job descriptions:
-
Bricklayer: Carry out construction, repair, and finishing of walls using bricks, aerated concrete blocks (AAC) or stones according to technical drawings. Prepare mortar, align and install materials, ensuring durability and aesthetics of walls and structures.

Mechanical assembler: Assemble, install, maintain, and repair mechanical parts of machinery, equipment, or metal structures. Use specialized tools and equipment for cutting, welding, adjusting or fastening, following technical drawings and safety regulations.

Welder: Join metal parts using various welding methods (electric, gas, MIG-MAG, etc.) as per technical drawings. Prepare surfaces, adjust equipment, ensure the quality and strength of welds, complying with safety and quality standards.

Drywall installer (finisher): Install drywall wall and ceiling systems and interior finishing. Measure, cut panels, install on metal frames, apply putty, sand surfaces, and prepare for painting or wallpapering. Follow technical drawings and quality standards.

Mechanical technician: Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing faults of industrial or construction equipment. Ensure equipment operates well, perform periodic maintenance and timely repairs when problems arise.

Concrete floor worker: Perform pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete floors. Prepare surfaces, pour concrete to technical requirements, and use tools and equipment to achieve high-quality finishes.

Workplace: Romania (locations are project-dependent)
Working hours: Assigned by manager:

Work one shift from 7:00 – 12:30 (30-minute lunch break), then continue from 13:00 – 17:00.

Work 8 hours/day, usually with overtime. Work Monday to Friday, and 2 Saturdays/month (6 hours each). Work on Sundays only if urgent. Monthly working hours are at least 168 hours.
Salary after tax (take-home pay):
-
Approximately 520 Euro/month (~15.4 million VND/month).

After 1 year, can reach 1200 Euro/month (~35.5 million VND/month).
Higher income possible with overtime or good performance.
Opportunity for overtime and advancement.
Company provides full European-standard accommodation, uniforms, and protective equipment. Workers receive meal vouchers worth approx. 180 Euro/month (~5.3 million VND/month). After 2 years, company pays round-trip airfare to visit family in Vietnam. 2-year labor contract, renewable upon request.
Note: Workers must perform at productivity and quality levels equivalent to Romanian workers to earn the above salaries. Poor performance may lead to lower wages or termination. Unauthorized absences are not allowed.
