Hungarian factory needs to recruit:
PALLET FACTORY WORKER (know how to drive a forklift or communicate in English is an advantage)
* Visa processing method: can be traditional visa or conditional visa
* Number of people: 30 people
- Gender: Male and female (male preferred)
- Age: 18-50
* Work location: 150-200 km from Budapest.
* Working time: 8 hours/day (with a 20-minute break during an 8-hour shift); 5 days/week. Overtime is possible. Can work 55-65 hours per week
* Monthly salary of official workers after tax is 1200ft/hour. Actual income from: 264,000- 300,000 Ft (equivalent to 18.2 million to 20.7 million VND)
* Opportunity to work overtime. If working overtime, it will be x 1.5 times.
- The company provides protective clothing and protective equipment.
- The company provides free accommodation with full European standard amenities. Employees need to deposit a fee to avoid damage. Employees take care of their own meals. 2-year labor contract. After 2 years, the contract can be renewed if the employee requests.
* Note: Employees must work at the same productivity as Hungarians to receive the above salary. If they work less, the salary will be lower and they may be fired. Employees are not allowed to quit their jobs without permission.
* Requirements:
- Have experience in similar jobs.
- Health meets the requirements for labor export according to the regulations of the State of Vietnam.
- Work responsibly. Good labor discipline.
- Good health and endurance, ready to work overtime & overtime when required by superiors.
- Gentle, sociable, mature, suitable for collective life.
- No bone deformities and difficulty walking or standing.
- Good ability to absorb knowledge. Quick and intelligent. Good ability to listen, read and understand Vietnamese. Know how to use email.
* Recommended:
- Do not smoke cigarettes, tobacco, do not drink alcohol and do not use addictive stimulants.
- Do not be addicted to tea (green tea) or drinks that can dirty the living space.
- Easily adapt to European food. Limit the use of Asian food spices that have an unpleasant smell for local workers living in the dormitory (dried fish, fish sauce, fish sauce, etc.).
- Have the ability to learn and receive knowledge well, easily integrate into European culture and life.
- Have life experience, know how to accept, know how to behave and understand life.
* Not welcome:
- Have tattoos or a criminal record.
- Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, have a strong personality or like to show off.
- Like to entice others to do things that are harmful to the company (sudden strikes, questioning and bothering leaders, demanding excessive benefits, etc.).
- Under high financial pressure (having to make money quickly, a lot, urgently), leading to negative effects on attitude and work ethics.
