Hungarian Company Hiring:

We carefully select workers to go to Hungary, as you may later settle and become European citizens. In the future, you and your family will live in the same country as us. This initial selection process is essential.

Location:

• 80-100 km from the center of Budapest.

Work Hours:

• Based on management assignments.

Work Schedule:

• 8-12 hours/day, 6 days/week (No more than 48 hours/week).

*Salary:

• Basic salary (before tax): 260,000 HUF/month (no more than 48 hours/week).

• If willing to work on 2 days off, an additional 23,900 HUF/day x2 = total before tax: 47,800 HUF.

• Total salary before tax: 307,800 HUF/month; after tax: 204,687 HUF + meal allowance of 18,000 HUF = 222,687 HUF/month (approximately 14.8 million VND).

• For night shifts (from 18:00 to 6:00) with a continuous 4-shift schedule, workers will receive a 30% wage increase, bringing total salary to 253,390 HUF/month.

For employees under 25 years of age receiving SZJA discount, salaries are as follows:

• Day shift + 2 additional days worked: 250,587 HUF + 18,000 HUF = 268,587 HUF/month (net salary, approximately 17.9 million VND).

• Night shift + 2 additional days worked: 288,486 HUF + 18,000 HUF = 306,486 HUF/month (net salary, approximately 20.4 million VND).

Overtime is available.

*Important:

• Workers must perform at a level equal to Hungarian employees to receive the above salary. If performance is below standard, salary will be reduced, and termination may occur. Employees must not leave without permission.

***Requirements:

• Internship in Bắc Giang for 45 days required by the factory.

• Good health, proficiency in English, technical certification is a plus.

• Work experience in similar jobs (e.g., TV assembly, circuit board welding, mobile phone assembly).

• No skin diseases or contagious illnesses.

• High stamina and passion for the job.

• Must meet labor export health standards as per Vietnamese regulations.

• Responsible and disciplined work ethic.

• Good physical health, stamina, and willingness to work overtime when required.

• Friendly, sociable, mature, and suitable for communal living.

• No bone deformities or mobility issues.

• Quick learner with good understanding skills.

• Able to understand written Vietnamese.

• Familiar with email usage.
