LABOR RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR WORK IN ROMANIA

Announcement No. 09/2025 of DC HANDEL KFT (Romania).

Position needed:

Heavy machinery operator for site preparation
(mandatory to hold a driving license, have skills and experience, able to operate construction machinery, tractors and excavators).

Form: Traditional visa processing.

Quantity: 2 males
Gender: Male
Age: 18-50
Workplace: Romania (locations vary depending on projects)
Working hours: As assigned by the manager.

• Schedule: From 8:00 – 16:00, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

Net salary (take-home pay):

• During 3-month probation: approximately 518 Euro/month (~15.2 million VND/month).

• After probation: approximately 700 Euro/month (~20.5 million VND/month).

• After 1 year: approximately 800 Euro/month (~23.4 million VND/month).
  Higher salary possible with overtime or excellent performance.

Note: Workers must maintain productivity and quality equivalent to Romanian workers to receive the above salaries. Poor performance may lead to lower pay or dismissal. Unauthorized absence without permission is not allowed.

Requirements:

• Basic English communication

• Positive, diligent work attitude

• Relevant work experience, no skin diseases

• Meet Vietnam's health standards for overseas employment

• Responsible, disciplined, good health and endurance, willing to work overtime as required

• Gentle, sociable, mature, suitable for communal living

• No skeletal deformities or walking/standing difficulties. Quick learner, intelligent, good Vietnamese reading comprehension. Able to use email, Google Translate, Google Maps, ChatGPT.

Preferred:

• Does not smoke (cigarettes, pipe), drink alcohol or use addictive substances

• Not addicted to tea (green tea) or beverages that could dirty accommodations

• Easily adapts to European food. Avoids strong-smelling Asian spices that may disturb local roommates (dried fish, fish sauce, fermented foods). Maintains a civilized lifestyle.

• Good ability to learn, easily integrate into European culture and life

• Life experience, acceptance, proper behavior, understanding of life

Not welcomed:

• Tattoos or criminal record

• Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, overly individualistic or attention-seeking

• Inciting others to engage in harmful acts toward the company (sudden strikes, harassing leadership, excessive demands)

• Under severe financial pressure (needs to earn quickly, a lot, urgently), negatively affecting work attitude and ethics
