Position needed:

Plastic technician (requires relevant knowledge and experience)

Form: Traditional visa processing.

Job description:
Tasks related to handling plastic components and operating special machines to melt and shape plastic. This entire process is aimed at producing large diameter pipes.

Gender: Male
Age: 18-55
Workplace: Piatra Neamt city, Romania
Working hours: As assigned by the manager,

There are 2 shifts:

• Shift 1: 6:00 – 14:00

• Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00
  Working 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

Net salary (take-home pay):

• Basic salary: 803 Euro/month, equivalent to about 23.5 million VND/month.

• If the worker works overtime or performs well, salary will be higher.

Note: Workers must maintain productivity and quality equivalent to Romanian workers to earn the above salaries. Poor performance may lead to lower pay or dismissal. Unauthorized absence without permission is not allowed.

Requirements:

• Basic English communication

• Positive, diligent work attitude

• Relevant work experience, no skin diseases

• Meet Vietnamese regulations on health for overseas employment

• Responsible, disciplined, good health and endurance, willing to work overtime as required

• Gentle, sociable, mature, suitable for communal living

• No skeletal deformities, difficulty walking or standing. Quick learner, intelligent, good Vietnamese reading comprehension. Able to use email, Google Translate, Google Maps, ChatGPT.

Preferred:

• Does not smoke (cigarettes or pipe), does not drink alcohol, does not use addictive substances

• Not addicted to tea (green tea) or beverages that could dirty accommodations

• Easily adapts to European food. Avoids strong-smelling Asian spices that may disturb local roommates (dried fish, fish sauce, fermented foods...). Maintains a civilized lifestyle.

• Good learning ability, easily integrates into European culture and life.

• Life experience, acceptance, proper behavior, understanding of life.

Not welcomed:

• Body tattoos or criminal record

• Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, overly individualistic or attention-seeking personality

• Inciting others to engage in acts harmful to the company (sudden strikes, harassing management, excessive demands...)

• Under severe financial pressure (needs to earn quickly, a lot, urgently), which negatively affects work attitude and ethics.
