A Romanian company is recruiting for the position of: Auto mechanic (requires certificate and professional experience).

❖ Working hours: As assigned by the manager:

• Working time: One shift from 8:00 – 17:00, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, occasionally on Saturdays (30-minute or 1-hour lunch break).

● Net salary (take-home pay):

• Approximately 980 Euro/month, equivalent to about 28.9 million VND/month.
  Higher salary possible with overtime or excellent performance.

There are opportunities for overtime and career advancement.
The company provides full European-standard accommodation, uniforms, and protective equipment. Workers are provided with an additional lunch daily (usually Western food).
The labor contract is for 2 years, renewable if the worker requests after 2 years.

Note: Workers must maintain productivity and quality equivalent to Romanian workers to receive the above salary. Poor performance may result in lower wages or termination. Unauthorized absence without permission is not allowed.

● Requirements:

• Basic English communication

• Positive, diligent work attitude

• Relevant work experience, no skin diseases

• Meet Vietnamese regulations on health for overseas employment

• Responsible, disciplined, good health and endurance, willing to work overtime as required

• Gentle, sociable, mature, suitable for collective living

• No bone deformities, walking or standing difficulties. Quick learner, intelligent, good Vietnamese reading comprehension. Able to use email, Google Translate, Google Maps, ChatGPT.

● Preferred:

• No smoking (cigarettes or pipe), no drinking alcohol, no use of addictive substances

• Not addicted to tea (green tea) or beverages that may dirty the accommodation

• Easily adapt to European food. Avoid using strong-smelling Asian spices that may disturb local roommates (dried fish, fish sauce, fermented foods...). Maintain a civilized lifestyle.

• Able to learn and absorb knowledge well, easily integrate into European culture and life.

• Life experience, acceptance, proper behavior, understanding of life.

● Not welcomed:

• Body tattoos or criminal record

• Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, overly individualistic or attention-seeking personality

• Encouraging others to engage in harmful acts against the company (sudden strikes, harassing management, excessive demands...)

• Under severe financial pressure (need to earn quickly, a lot, urgently), negatively affecting work attitude and ethics.
