A company in Hungary is hiring for the position of:
Gender: Male or Female
Age: 18-55
Visa processing: Can be done through traditional visa or conditional visa processing, depending on the company's and worker's preference.
Number of positions: 5
Location: Budapest
Working hours: As assigned by the manager.
There are two shifts from Monday to Friday:
- Morning shift: 06:00 to 14:30
- Afternoon shift: 11:30 to 20:00
Saturday has one shift: 07:00 to 15:30
Sunday has one shift: 08:00 to 14:00
Salary for store assistants: After tax, the wage is 1300 HUF/hour (3.44 EUR, approximately 91,000 VND).
For regular work (22 days/month, 8-12 hours per day), the salary after tax is approximately:
(8-12 hours) x 22 days x 1300 HUF/hour = 228,800 to 343,200 HUF (equivalent to 16 million to 24 million VND).
Opportunities for overtime.
The company provides accommodation with full European-standard amenities. The worker is responsible for their own meals. The labor contract is for 2 years. After 2 years, the contract can be extended upon the worker's request.
Important note: The worker must perform work with productivity and quality comparable to Hungarian workers to receive the salary mentioned. If performance is lower, the salary will be reduced, and the worker may be dismissed. The worker is not allowed to quit without permission.
Requirements:
- Work experience.
- No skin diseases or infectious diseases.
- Good health and ability to work at a high intensity, dedicated to the profession.
- Willing to participate in orientation training about Hungarian culture and English, as required by the company.
- Health meets the requirements for labor export as per Vietnamese government regulations.
- Responsible work ethic. Good labor discipline.
- Good and resilient health, willing to work overtime when required by supervisors.
- Friendly, sociable, mature, suited for group life.
- No bone deformities, able to walk and stand easily. Good learning ability. Quick-witted, smart. Good Vietnamese reading and listening comprehension. Knowledge of using email.
- Preferred:
- Non-smokers, non-alcohol drinkers, and non-drug users.
- Not addicted to tea (green tea) or any liquids that may stain the living space.
- Easy to adapt to European food. Limit the use of Asian spices that have strong odors that may bother local co-workers in the dormitory (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce, fermented shrimp paste...).
- Civilized lifestyle.
- Good learning ability and integration into European culture and lifestyle.
- Life experience, able to accept, behave appropriately, and understand life.
- Not welcome:
- Tattoos or criminal history.
- Hot-tempered, aggressive, immature, or people with strong personalities or who like to show off.
- Trying to influence others to do harmful things to the company (e.g., sudden strikes, questioning leadership, excessive demands, causing internal conflict...).
- Financial pressure (needing to earn money quickly and in large amounts), which can negatively affect work attitude and ethics.
